Grindfest is the community’s annual human augmentation event for biohackers (Grinders) that takes place annually in Tehachapi, California. This is social (IRL) event that explores the intersection of radical bodily autonomy and biotechnology through discussions, presentations, experimentation, and interaction from participants across the globe.

Lessons From the Grind: Every implant tells a story—a saga of triumphs and glitches. We have a couple of speakers that will share their hard-won wisdom, so you don’t have to learn everything the hard way.

Navigating the Legal Labyrinth: Human augmentation is about taking control of our own bodies and rewriting the “typical human” rulebook. As we explore this exciting area, it’s important to know the rules and regulations already in place, and find a healthy balance between individual rights and what’s best for the community. By doing so, we can become the best versions of ourselves while playing by (most of) the rules!
